Order
In addition to Bruun & Stengade's own online store, our brand is also sold by a wide range of retailers both domestically and internationally. Please contact our customer service if you need help finding a retailer near you.
We offer three different fits for our shirts: modern fit, slim fit, and super slim fit. Modern fit offers more width and freedom of movement, while Slim fit is more close-fitting and tailored. Super slim fit is designed for those who prefer an extra close fit.
In addition to our formal shirts, we also offer slim and modern fit in our casual shirts, which provide a more relaxed look.
Our bottoms come in two fits: slim fit and regular fit. Slim fit has a narrow fit around the thighs and ankles that accentuates the figure, while regular fit provides good freedom of movement around the thighs and ankles.
To find the right size, we recommend using our size guide, which can be found on each product page under "Size Guide." The guide shows the precise measurements for the particular style.
Your order can only be changed if our warehouse has not yet packed it. You will receive an email once the warehouse has prepared your order.
If you wish to make changes, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already been packed and shipped, you can return it upon receipt. See here for information on returns.

Delivery
We ship all orders with GLS. Delivery options and prices depend on your country and whether you choose delivery to a parcel shop or home delivery. Home delivery is only offered to customers in Denmark and Sweden. The exact delivery prices will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
We currently ship to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, and Austria.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 1 PM are generally dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 1 PM are dispatched on the following business day. This applies from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination. During periods of increased activity, including sales, Final Sale, and Black Friday, longer delivery times may occur.
At Bruun & Stengade, we ship all orders with GLS.
Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. After this, we offer an additional 16-day right of return, giving you a total of 30 days to return your order.

Yes, we offer exchanges via our returns portal for orders from Denmark and Sweden. Here you can select the “Exchange” function and exchange for a different size.
Exchanges are only for a different size – not for a different item. It is possible to exchange once per order, and the desired item is not reserved during processing. If the item is sold out, the amount will be refunded.
For orders from the EU, we do not offer exchanges – instead, you can return your item and place a new order.
