You have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your package. Simply use our returnportal, which you can find here, and you'll be guided through the steps. There is a shipping fee of €9, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to use another postal service, you must still inform us of your return through e-mail.
To return your order, have your email and order number ready. Your order number starts with EU and can be found in your order confirmation. Please note that the order number should be written without spaces, for example: EU12345. You need to use the email, that the order was created with.
Please be aware that we don't offer exchanges. If you would like to order a new size or product, you need to return the original product and make a new order. Sorry for the trouble.
Return Rules - Read this before returning! The following conditions apply to returns:
- The items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, packed securely in the original packaging.
- The items must appear as new so that we can resell them. If the items do not meet this criteria, we reserve the right to charge a fee depending on the condition. In that case, you will be informed of this.
We do not accept product returns if they:
- Have been exposed to smoke
- Have been washed
- Have been clearly used
- Smell strongly of perfume or other odors
- Have not been properly packed
- Do not appear as new
If your return meets our conditions, we will refund your money within 14 days of receiving it. If our return policy is not adhered to, your purchase will not be refunded.
